Craig Callahan, chief executive officer at ICON Advisers, says that the broad market is trading roughly five percent below its fair value, which is a good target for returns over the rest of the year. Callahan is excited by the earnings forecasts for 2021 and 2022, citing 'outrageous year-over-year growth rates' as a reason to believe there will be good value stocks to be had.
