Veteran personal finance and financial writer John Waggoner visits Chuck for the Big Interview to discuss the many market melt-downs and rebounds they have seen in decades of covering the industry, and while Waggoner is confident that there will be a rebound for current problems, he noted that what is different about this downturn is the suddenness and steepness, combined with no apparent safe havens for making money.
